Chinese Qi Gong Exercises
The proprietor of H2 Events, Harry Hill, has taught both
T’ai Chi and Qi Gong (“Chee Gong”) exercises to a wide range of groups of all ages for the past
twenty years.

These Eastern exercises incorporate gentle stretching and loosening movements, combined
with efficient breathing and breath control.
They are ideal in the morning or at the end of the day for stress relief, general health,
focussing the attention, and increasing energy. No special equipment or clothing is required, and they can be practiced by anyone.

I have held sessions for corporate clients for groups of six up to twenty five people. Most people feel a benefit
from these exercises after just one session, but it's even better if the principles taught are taken away and put into daily practice.
A Qi Gong teaching session, lasting one or two hours, makes an interesting and unusual event. If you would like
